COMPOSITES TO 1000 DEGREES F. (750T)

Flextech 750-T is a composite style expansion joint. This style is for high temperatures that exceed the limits of the fluoropolymer. 750T utilizes Vermacite fabric and Burlglass insulation that are sewn to the 500-T or Teflex material. Flextech 750-T is suitable for acidic flue gas, and for temperatures up to 750 degrees continuous.

The 750-T is the most versatile of the Flextech composite joints. However, each expansion joint is constructed to meet the demands of the media and application. For your specific application, please contact Flextech Engineering, Inc.

FOR ABRASIVE SERVICE: Use Norfab 800 or Norfab 400 jacket

FOR HIGHER PRESSURE: Use SS wire reinforce glass fabric jacket

FOR HIGHER TEMPERATURE: Use Flextech 850T.."S" glass jacket

*For temperatures above 850 F, use insulation pillow. For extreme abrasion, use baffle plates.
